Michael Cote — Owner
With nearly two decades in the restaurant industry, Michael has led at every level — from corporate and franchise leadership to privately owned restaurants. Many of Bistro 36’s recipes are inspired by dishes he grew up eating, shaped by the French culture his grandmother passed down to him. His passion for scratch-made food, curated cocktails and warm hospitality is the heartbeat of Bistro 36.
Jacob Weber — Owner
Jake has spent close to 20 years in hospitality, bringing with him the discipline and perspective of his former career as a teacher. With extensive experience in catering, banquets, and fine dining, he adds a thoughtful, guest-focused approach to the Bistro 36 experience — ensuring every visit feels both welcoming and memorable. Jake is our hospitality guru!

Chef Rafael brings more than 25 years of experience in French-inspired kitchens, blending his diverse culinary background into every plate. His artistry and dedication to technique help define the soul of Bistro 36, bringing to life the flavors and traditions from Mike's childhood that make dining with us unique.
